Combining psychoeducation, empathic listening, and curiosity, Sandy helps clients explore their personal narratives to uncover their strengths and identify areas needing additional support. She collaborates with clients to set realistic goals that align with their therapeutic needs, ensuring a tailored approach. Sandy’s mindful methodology allows clients to progress at a comfortable pace while gently encouraging them to build confidence, resilience, and agency.
Sandy believes that meaningful change arises when clients feel safe and secure, as exploring concerns and underlying issues is inherently vulnerable.
