Talk Therapy Sessions | Bespoke Super Sessions

Hi, I’m Lauren-Simone 👋

I offer psychotherapy with lived insight, clinical depth, and real-world understanding.

As someone who’s relocated across countries and cultures, I know what it’s like to constantly adapt, to push through, and to carry the pressure of high expectations. I also know how isolating and overwhelming that can feel—especially when ADHD is part of the picture.

Whether you're an athlete navigating identity beyond sport, an expat adjusting to new environments, or someone managing ADHD in a world that wasn’t built with your brain in mind—this space is for you.

What it’s like to work with me…

Structure when you need it. Flexibility when you don’t!

No “One Size Fits All” Therapy

Space to be fully human, always.

I believe…

I believe ADHD isn’t a flaw—it’s a different way of experiencing the world that deserves understanding, not shame.

I believe high performance often comes with high pressure—and you shouldn't have to carry it alone.

I believe relocation can be both an adventure and a loss, and we don’t talk about that enough.

We’ll start where you are—with honesty, flexibility, and no pressure to have it all figured out.

My Approach

  • I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to support your unique brain, story, and goals. Some of the modalities I use include:

    • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

    • Narrative Therapy

    • Parts Work

    • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT / EFiT)

I’m trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming—which means I respect your lived experience, your nervous system, and the ways you’ve learned to cope.

    In everyday terms?
I listen with care, ask thoughtful questions, offer tools that fit you, and help you make sense of what’s been hard to name or navigate.

  • I work with adults and teens who are navigating the messy, layered parts of life—with curiosity, honesty, and no pressure to have it all figured out.

Some of the people I support include:

    • Adults with ADHD—whether diagnosed, self-identifying, or still wondering

    • High-achievers and high-feelers who are tired of holding it all together

    • Expats and relocators navigating the emotional weight of starting over

    • Athletes moving through identity shifts, burnout, or life beyond sport

    • Folks living with stress, sleep issues, low self-worth, or big transitions

    • Anyone who’s been told they’re “too much” or “not enough”—you’re not too much for me

If you’ve ever thought “this shouldn’t feel so hard” or “why can’t I just get it together?”—you’re not alone. Therapy doesn’t have to be one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll figure out what fits you.
